Becky said, "I found HUMC 14yrs ago during a time in my life when there seemed to be something missing. I believe God puts us in the right place at the right time because at that time as I was stuck in traffic right in front of the church,I saw their VBS sign. I  pulled into the parking lot, went in and introduced myself, and asked if I could help with VBS. It's been my home ever since.

"I love family time,YOUTH GROUP, and scrapbooking. Old B&W movies are the best. My favorite food group is CHOCOLATE and the best movie ever in my opinion is The Color Purple.  The quote I use a lot is "It is what it is"!  I find comfort in the scripture Phillipians 4:13 "I can do everything through him who gives me strength."  Joyce Meyer Ministries online is something I enjoy listening to, rather than reading.

"My husband Steve and I will be married 31 yrs. in November 2014. Our daughters Annie and Sarah are the center of our world. They grow up so fast! I work full time at National Office Furniture (division of  Kimball Int'l) where I sew office chairs, waiting room seating, hotel chairs, etc. Our Weimarainer, IZZY gets what's left of my spare time."
